This large, high-end 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with total accommodations for up to six people is located at the premier Reserva Conchal Resort, also home to The Westin Playa Conchal.  Reserva Conchal is a 2400 acre gated preserve on Playa Conchal, located in the Province of Guanacaste along the Northwest Pacific coast of Costa Rica.  It was professionally furnished and decorated by Costa Rica’s premier interiors company, Tamarindo Pacifico.

Our unit is on the ground level, center of the photo, just to your right of the one story building which is the private Bougainvillea condos pool and BBQ area.  The beautiful beach is about a 10 minute walk or a short shuttle ride from the condo.  Guests of Bougainvillea condominiums have access to the six restaurants, pool, and other amenities of the Westin.  (There may be times when the Westin’s occupancy is too high to accomodate condo guests but the Beach Club is always available to guests.)

The unit has a kitchen equipped for serious cooks with high-end cookware, dinnerware, and cutlery.  There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit’s private utility room and ample closet space for a long or short term stay.

A selection of adult and children’s games is there along with 2 TV’s, a DVD/CD player, and a stereo player for your MP3 device.  There is open broadband wi-fi service and cable TV in the unit as well as at the condo pool, the Beach Club, the hotel lobby, and many of the local restaurants.

Prices vary with the season and with the length of stay.  In general, in the highest season, The Christmas/New Years weeks and Holy week/Easter the two bedroom unit will have the highest prices while the September – November time frame will be the least expensive.  Prices will range from $150/night to $350 per night for the 2 bedroom condo that will accomodate up to six people.  Long term stays will be less.  Contact us for availability
