This website contains information about Visiting Costa Rica, primarily for first time visitors, and information about our condominium at Reserva Conchal and The Westin Playa Conchal on the Northwest Pacific coast in the Province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.  The condominium can be rented by the day, week, month, or longer, and is also for sale.

We have visited this delightful country many times, most recently in February of 2013, and my wife and I lived there and worked there for a year and a half in 2007 – 2008.  I stay in touch daily with a number of friends there so you can count on the information that you see here being current.  We will be pleased to respond to any questions that you may have about a visit to Costa Rica.

There are two main sections of the site, one entitled “A Small Guide to Visiting Costa Rica” which is full of general information for anyone interested in traveling to that country, and sections which provide details about the condominium home we own there and many related photos of the condo and the resort in which it is located.  That home is available for vacation rentals and for purchase.  There is also a page with photos of the scenery of Costa Rica and of some of the birds and other critters you might see there.  In addition there is a small art gallery of watercolor paintings done by the author from scenes in Costa Rica.  Finally you will find a page with many photos showing maps and aerial views of the country, the area, the resort, and the local area.
